Apartment in charming downtown Bonn

The Colmant apartment (one bed room) is very attractive, modern and kept in an immaculate condition. It has a separate entrance and has been recently renovated to very high standard.

The floor is tiled and has a built-in floor heating; for extra comfort there are also radiators. The kitchen is fitted with a sink, dual hobs and a small fridge (minibar). Cutlery, plates and kitchen utensils are included. It has a double bed (w 140 cm), dining table plus two chairs, an armchair and an open wardrobe for storing your personal belongings. The apartment comes with its own bath room

The apartment is situated on the ground level with direct access to the garden. It is a very nice, tranquil and inviting spot to relax, away from train and traffic noise.

Single Room: 50 Eur
Double Room: 70 Eur

The bathroom is fitted with a modern and high quality rainshower (100x 80 cm). It also includes towels, hair dryer, soap and shower gel.

We have an excellent choice of coffee shops close by that serve breakfast. Therefore we are not offering breakfast for the time being. However, if you still wish to have breakfast in your room please let us know when you make your reservation.
